Baileys Chocolate Wedges

These are totally delicious and a real treat for the sweet-toothed amongst us. And if you wrap in a pretty napkin with a ribbon around it, it makes a lovely gift for your Mum or Grandma.

You can use dark chocolate if you prefer.



600g of good quality milk chocolate, broken into pieces
65ml double cream
23ml Baileys Liqueur (more if you wish!)
A dusting of cocoa powder


  • Place the chocolate into a heat resistant silicone bowl with the cream into the microwave.
  • Heat and on full power for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking process.
  • Allow to cool in the bowl, stirring out any chocolate that has not melted.
  • Stir in the Baileys, pour into 6 silicone bun moulds or mini moulds of your choice and allow to set, covered, in the fridge.
  • When set, turn out of the moulds and cut into small wedges and dust with the cocoa powder.
