Mel and Mal's Baileys Chocolate Wedges

Ingredients
  • 600g of good quality milk chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 65ml double cream
  • 23ml Baileys Liqueur (more if you wish!)
  • A dusting of cocoa powder

These are totally delicious and a real treat for the sweet-toothed amongst us. And if you wrap in a pretty napkin with a ribbon around it, it makes a lovely gift for your lMum or Grandma.

Serves : 10        Prep/Cooking Time : 15 mins plus cooling

Tip : You can use dark chocolate if you prefer

Instructions

Melt the Chocolate

Place the chocolate into a heat resistant silicone bowl with the cream and heat on full power for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking process

Allow to cool in the bowl, stirring out any chocolate that has not melted.

Add the Alcohol and Cool

Stir in the Baileys, pour into 6 silicone bun moulds or mini moulds of your choice and allow to set, covered, in the fridge

When set, turn out of the moulds and cut into small wedges and dust with the cocoa powder
